Rent per person is only meaningful when the cost base is clear.
Define included cost
State whether service charges, utilities or fit-out are included.
Use planned occupancy
Do not mix average daily attendance with total headcount unless that is intentional.
Compare like with like
Use the same cost categories for every location or layout.
